We currently offer an excellent opportunity for a New Business Development Professional in our NEAM office in Farmington CT.
As a member of the New Business Development team, the successful candidate will call on Property & Casualty insurers, Life & Health insurers and re-insurers throughout the U.S. and Bermuda to assist with increasing assets under management, drive brand awareness, as well as be a member of a team focused on developing insurance asset management solutions for clients and prospects.
This individual will have the intellectual capacity and focus to identify asset, capital, and risk management issues facing the target prospect base and will be able to articulate how NEAM’s products and services provide desired solutions. The successful candidate will have the experience, energy, and drive to generate and close on new business opportunities for NEAM. Primary responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of seven to ten years of relevant industry related experience with a proven track record of consultative solutions driven selling to the target marketplace
Demonstrated willingness to learn a new field of expertise, building on inherent key competencies:
Advanced degree such as an MBA desirable.
