Graham Kirk, CFA

Graham is Managing Director of NEAM Limited and Senior Client Strategist, responsible for delivering investment and capital management services to European clients. He joined NEAM Limited in 2010, as Investment Accounting Manager & Financial Controller moving to NEAM Inc. in 2016 as a Client Strategist and then back to NEAM Limited as a Senior Client Strategist in 2020 before becoming Managing Director in 2022. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at Deloitte & Touche, Dublin as a Senior Audit Manager, specializing in audit and internal audit services to banking, structured finance and investment management clients. He previously held the position of Financial Controller in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley, London. Graham holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University College Dublin, a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and is a CFA Charterholder. He has been employed in the investment industry since 2002.

Hugh McCutcheon

Hugh is Chief Investment Officer at NEAM Limited, Europe, a member of the Firm’s Policy Committee and is responsible for non-dollar capital markets. He joined the Firm in 2010 having been with the Gen Re Group since 1997. Prior to joining the Gen Re Group, he spent eight years with ABN AMRO Bank in a variety of treasury and capital market roles. Hugh has a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree and a Masters in Business Studies (Banking and Finance) from University College Dublin. He has been employed in the investment industry since 1988.

William E. Rotatori

Bill is Chairman and Non-Executive Director of NEAM Limited, Chairman and CEO of NEAM, Inc. and a member of the Firm’s Policy Committee. He joined the Firm as Vice President in 2000, was made President in 2010 and became CEO in 2014. Prior to joining the Firm, Bill was a Senior Vice President of the Portfolio Management Group at Conning Asset Management and previously held various positions within the Investment Group and Asset Management Division at Travelers Insurance Company. Bill is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the Hartford Society of Financial Analysts. A graduate of Georgetown University, Bill also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Except for a two-year period when pursuing an MBA from 1988 through 1990, he has been employed in the investment industry since 1986.

Calvin Clark, Jr. ("Chip")

Chip is a Non-Executive Director of NEAM Limited, President of NEAM, Inc. and a member of the Firm’s Policy Committee. He joined the Firm in 1991, and prior to becoming President in 2014, had been Head of Client Strategy. Prior to joining the Firm, Chip was a Vice President in the High Yield Department at Credit Suisse First Boston and previously Vice President in the High Yield Commercial Paper Department at Drexel, Burnham, Lambert. Chip is a 1982 graduate of Middlebury College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He has been employed in the investment industry since 1986.

Colin Torpey

Colin is an Investment Accounting Manager and Financial Controller at NEAM Limited and is responsible for client accounting, investment reporting and delivering Solvency II asset reporting to clients. He joined the Firm in 2016 having worked in Operations for two years with Mediolanum in Dublin and previously as a Fund Accountant in both State Street Ireland and Caceis Ireland for five years. Colin holds a Bachelor in Business, Masters in Business from South East Technological University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has been employed in the investment industry since 2010.

Fiona Molloy

Fiona is a Compliance Officer at NEAM Limited. She joined the Firm at it’s inception in 2009 having previously worked as a Senior Compliance Analyst at Janus Capital International Limited, London and as a Risk and Compliance Analyst with Northern Trust, London. Fiona holds a Certificate in Compliance from the International Compliance Association, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin and is a member of the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland. She has been employed in the investment industry since 1999.

Alverne Bolitho

Alverne is a New Business Development Professional at NEAM Limited and is responsible for expanding the Firm's European insurance asset management business. He is also Manager of the NEAM Limited London Branch. Alverne joined the Firm in 2012 having been Head of U.K. and Institutional Sales at Payden & Rygel Global Limited and previously Head of Australasian Institutional Equity Sales at Cazenove & Company. Alverne is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (U.K.). He has been employed in the investment industry since 1987.
