William E. Rotatori
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Bill is Chairman and CEO of NEAM, Inc. and a member of the Firm’s Policy Committee. He joined the Firm as Vice President in 2000, was made President in 2010 and became CEO in 2014. Prior to joining the Firm, Bill was a Senior Vice President of the Portfolio Management Group at Conning Asset Management and previously held various positions within the Investment Group and Asset Management Division at Travelers Insurance Company. Bill is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the Hartford Society of Financial Analysts. A graduate of Georgetown University, Bill also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Except for a two-year period when pursuing an MBA from 1988 through 1990, he has been employed in the investment industry since 1986.
Calvin Clark, Jr. ("Chip")
President
Chip is President of NEAM, Inc. and a member of the Firm’s Policy Committee. He joined the Firm in 1991, and prior to becoming President in 2014, had been Head of Client Strategy. Prior to joining the Firm, Chip was a Vice President in the High Yield Department at Credit Suisse First Boston and previously Vice President in the High Yield Commercial Paper Department at Drexel, Burnham, Lambert. Chip is a 1982 graduate of Middlebury College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He has been employed in the investment industry since 1986.
Jennifer Quisenberry
Chief Investment Officer
Jennifer is the Chief Investment Officer at NEAM, Inc. and a member of the Firm’s Policy Committee. She is responsible for oversight of our fixed income and equity trading, research, and investment operations. She joined the Firm in 2007 and, prior to her current position, served as Head of Structured Securities. Before joining NEAM, she was Head of Structured Research at Conning Asset Management and a Managing Director at Structured Finance Advisors. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from McGill University, has an MBA in Finance from New York University and is a CFA Charterholder. She has been employed in the investment industry since 1986.
Mark M. Yu, CFA, FSA, FRM, MAAA
Head of Enterprise Capital Strategy
Mark is Head of Enterprise Capital Strategy at NEAM, Inc. responsible for delivering insurance asset allocation, capital management and advanced risk analytics to our global clients. He joined the Firm in 2012 having been a Senior Risk Manager within the Governance and Strategy team at AIG Enterprise Risk Management. Prior to working at AIG ERM, he was a Senior Vice President and Treasury Director within the Group’s Capital Management division of Swiss Re. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, an M.S. from the University of Iowa, is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a CFA Charterholder, a Financial Risk Manager, and is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He has been employed in the insurance or investment industry since 1999.
Bill Wilcox
Chief Compliance Officer
Bill is the Chief Compliance Officer at NEAM, Inc. and is responsible for all aspects of the Firm’s compliance activities, including compliance monitoring, assessing the effectiveness and adequacy of the Firm’s compliance policies, training on compliance matters and management of the Firm’s Compliance Group. Bill joined the Firm in December 2020, having previously been employed at Prudential Financial. At Prudential, Bill most recently served as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Prudential Advisors and Prudential Annuities Distributors. In this capacity, Bill managed the compliance team addressing investment advisory, insurance, broker-dealer and regulatory matters. Bill previously served as Chief Legal Officer for Prudential’s Individual Life and Distribution functions. Bill has extensive experience in the financial services industry, serving in compliance and legal roles addressing securities, asset management, insurance, international, and investment advisory roles with Travelers Life & Annuity, ING and Hartford Financial. He is a member of the Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Jersey (in house) bars. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BA in History and with a JD from Suffolk University School of Law. He has been employed in the investment or legal industry since 1990.
Christian Auger
Head of Client Strategy
Christian is Head of Client Strategy at NEAM, Inc., responsible for delivering investment and capital management services to our clients and is a member of the Firm’s Policy Committee. He joined the Firm in 2008 having previously been an Assistant Treasurer and Portfolio Manager at Hanover Insurance Group, a regional P&C company in Massachusetts. Christian holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from Clark University and is a CFA Charterholder. He has been employed in the investment industry since 2000.
Michael Hazel
Head of Investment Accounting
Mike is Head of Investment Accounting at NEAM, Inc. He joined the Firm in 2024 having previously been the Controller of the Talcott Resolution Life Group and the Head of Financial Reporting for The Hartford Financial Services Group. Additionally, Mike spent 11 years with a national public accounting firm achieving senior manager status. Mike’s client focus was on the Insurance and Financial Services industries. Mike is a CPA and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut with a BSBA. He has worked in the Insurance and Financial Services industries since 1991.
Henry A. Trzupek
Senior Advisor Investment Accounting
Hank is Senior Advisor-Investment Accounting at NEAM, Inc. He joined the Firm in 1996 and, prior to his current position, served as Head of Investment Accounting. He was previously the Manager of Investment Accounting at North American Company for Life and Health Insurance and the Supervisor of Fund Accounting Operations at Stein Roe & Farnham Inc. Hank is a CPA and a graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology with a BBA. He has been employed in the investment industry since 1984.
Robert Emery
Head of Investment Technology
Bob is the Head of Investment Technology at NEAM, Inc. and is responsible for the Firm’s global technology platform supporting our worldwide operations. He joined the Firm as Vice President in 1999 and became the Head of Investment Technology in 2008. Prior to joining the Firm, Bob was the Assistant Director of Technology at Hartford Investment Management Company (HIMCO), the investment management subsidiary of The Hartford Financial Services Group. Prior to joining The Hartford, he was a Manager at Andersen Consulting / Accenture. Bob is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Hartford’s Barney School of Management, is a CFA Charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society Hartford. He has been employed in the investment industry since 1994.
Christopher N. Lech
Head of Marketing & New Business Development
Chris is Head of Marketing & New Business Development at NEAM, Inc. and is responsible for the Firm's marketing and new business development efforts focused on insurance company investment and capital management capabilities. He joined the Firm in 1996 as a Client Strategist and became Head of Client Strategy in 2014. Prior to joining the Firm, Chris was a Managing Director in the Financial Analytics and Structured Transactions Group at Bear, Stearns & Company. Previously he was a Structured Securities Consultant for KPMG Peat Marwick. Chris is a CFA Charterholder, member of the Hartford Society of Financial Analysts and a graduate of Syracuse University with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing. He has been employed in the investment industry since 1989.

Jeff is a New Business Development Professional at NEAM, Inc. and is responsible for new business development efforts focused on the Firm's insurance company investment and capital management capabilities. He joined the Firm in 2022 having previously worked as a Senior Institutional Investment Consultant at Empower Retirement, formerly MassMutual. Prior to Empower, Jeff held various positions in institutional sales at Merrill Lynch, Cowen Group and UBS. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Drew University and has completed CIMA course work from the Yale School of Management. He has been employed in the investment industry since 1992.

Joe is a New Business Development Professional at NEAM, Inc. and is responsible for new business development efforts focused on the Firm's insurance company investment and capital management capabilities. He joined the Firm in 2023 having previously worked as a Client Portfolio Manager at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. At MassMutual, Joe held various positions in the firm’s investment group including Head of Investment Consulting and Investment Director. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Fairfield University. He has been employed in the investment industry since 1997.

Bob is a New Business Development Professional at NEAM, Inc. and is responsible for new business development efforts focused on the Firm's insurance company investment and capital management capabilities. He joined NEAM in 2015 as a Senior Client Strategist and was responsible for delivering investment and capital management services to our clients. Prior to NEAM, Bob worked for a handful of Wall Street firms spending over 19 years at Bear Stearns and JPMorgan as a Senior Managing Director in fixed income sales and trading. In this capacity, Bob serviced insurance companies, money managers and hedge funds. Bob is a graduate of the University of Delaware and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Concentration in Business. He has been employed in the investment industry since 1986.
